Hi friends, thank you for stopping here. Hope you all enjoyed my previous travel blogs.
Today I would like to share about my experience visiting The View from The Shard in London. I always enjoy climbing up even if it is a tree or any tall building and enjoying the 360-degree view from the top since childhood. It’s always breathtaking and adventurous.
Last June on my visit to London made it happen to experience the tallest building in the whole of United Kingdoms, The View from The Shard.

The View from The Shard is a 95-story skyscraper with two viewing platforms inside the building. The first platform is a triple level indoor gallery on Level 69 and the second platform is a partially outdoor gallery on Level 72.
The View from The Shard has a height of 306.9 meters above the ground and comprises private residences, offices, restaurants, and 5-star Shangri-La Hotel.

The Shard London facts are fantastic like it dominates London’s skyline, the tallest building in Western Europe. The Shard is covered with 11,000 glass panels. The Shard is a very green building with 95% of the building materials are recycled. The Shard has the fastest lift in the Europe move at nearly 20 feet per second.
I made my visit to The View from The Shard on a rainy evening and the view from the top is romantic and classy of course can’t express in words. The tickets for my visit is included in the London Pass.

The View from The Shard tickets can be prebooked, timed and dated. The tickets for an adult starts from £25 and for the child starts from £17. The tickets for the groups and family starts from £20 and of course, the disabled guests are offered a concessionary rate with free access from a registered carer.
I strongly recommend visiting sites that offer The View from The Shard ticket discount as this is the most expensive skyscraper in the world.

The View from The Shard opening times is 10am-10pm daily with last entry at 9.30pm April to October. From November to March The View from The Shard closes Sunday to Wednesday only and is open 10am-7pm.
And now it’s the time to stimulate your taste buds and that too enjoying panoramic view of London. There is six highly reviewed The Shard restaurants like Aqua Shard on the 31st floor of The Shard serving Modern British food, Oblix on the 32nd floor serving rotisserie/grill with panoramic views and relaxed entertainment longing, Hutong, Ting, Duddell’s and Gong is also highly recommended.

If you want to stay in The Shard London Hotel, the highly recommended is 5-star Shangri-La Hotel occupying floors 34 to 52. The stay here is truly memorable and is the best out a city can offer.

And at last, thank you from the bottom of my heart for reading my travel blogs. I would appreciate your comments below to improve my blogs. Keep visiting. Thank you
